2 Ukrainian Soldiers Killed, 2 Wounded as Fighting Continues Near Mariupol and Donetsk

Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed and two wounded, Ukrainian military authorities reported.
Russia-backed forces attacked Ukrainian positions 43 times, Ukrainska Prava reported, citing the ATO [Anti-Terrorist Operation] Facebook page.

Militants fired from 152-mm artillery near Maryinka and from various mortar-launchers near Shirokino, Vodyanoye, Talakovka, and Krasnogorovka.

They also used grenade-launchers, a BMP and small arms to fire on Lebedinskoye, Vodyanoye, Pavlopol, Shirokino, Taramhuk, and Talakovka. A sniper was also active near Shirokino and Pavlopol.
On the Luganskoye line, there was shelling from 122-mm artillery on Novozvanovka and Troitskoye. Grenade-launchers, mortar-launchers and small arms were used on Krymskoye, Novozvanovka, Malinovoye, and Novoaleksandrovka.
On the Donetsk line, there was firing from 122-mm artillery on Tonenkoye and various mortar-launchers were used on Avdeyevka.
