RT Head Simonyan Appointed Rossiya Segodnya Editor-in-Chief

Margarita Simonyan, the head of the state-funded RT satellite news network, was appointed Wednesday to head the Rossiya Segodnya media conglomerate that will include Russia’s major state-run news agency RIA Novosti.
