Andriy Lysenko, spokesman for the ATO, claimed today that a Russian military helicopter had conducted a reconnaissance operation across the Ukrainian border. Ukrainska Pravda reports that Lysenko said that Ukrainian border guards had discovered a Russian Mi-8 helicopter flying over the border between the occupied region of Crimea and Ukrainian-held territory.
