Supreme Court to consider Khodorkovsky cases on January 23

On January 23, the Russian Supreme Court will consider supervisory appeals against the sentence handed down to ex-YUKOS CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his business partner Platon Lebedev in the second case, Khodorkovsky’s press center reported Friday.
